The Romantic Deconditioning™ Lab

Make room for mutual love without losing yourself.

A guided group programme for self-aware women over 40 who want to change the relationship patterns they understand, but still find themselves repeating.

You know yourself.

Yet love can still leave you second-guessing.

Perhaps you recognise when something feels wrong, then find yourself explaining it away.

You know what you need, but become more flexible about it as you grow attached.

You can understand his difficulties so well that your own needs slip out of view.

Or you’ve stepped back from dating because you’re unsure how to let someone in without disturbing the peace you’ve worked hard to create.

The Lab gives you space, structure and support to understand what happens in those moments and practise responding differently.

Understand the pattern. Change how you participate.

Romantic deconditioning means examining the beliefs and expectations you’ve absorbed about love: that being understanding enough will create commitment, that chemistry signals compatibility, or that a relationship’s potential is a reason to keep investing.

Inside the Lab, we explore how those beliefs shape your choices and work towards a more grounded way of recognising and choosing mutual partnership.

You’ll learn to:

  • Recognise your recurring romantic pattern and what draws you back into it.

  • Separate what is actually happening from what you hope, fear or imagine.

  • Stay connected to your needs when attachment makes them harder to honour.

  • Practise boundaries and decisions you can follow through on.

  • Recognise mutuality through consistent care, effort and willingness from both people.

The aim is to help you use your understanding when it matters: in the conversations, choices and moments of uncertainty that shape your relationships.
